When we started collecting funko pops in 2010 I didn't think all these years later I would have almost a 1000 of them . I remember the first funko Ray purchased me, its Tinkerbell, i think or it was Ursula. I checked FB pictures and its one of those two, which by the way Ursula is no longer with us. You see over the years she became vaulted and I have so many versions of her that I put her up for auction on eBay years go before I had my second born son. Actually the year I sold her was in 2015, I also sold a couple others like the entire Wizard of Oz Collection, Captain Marvel aka Shazam, Black Adam just a couple other funkos to make dreams come true and take my oldest son which back then was an only child to Disney World. I miss those funkos, as I realize they are worth way more now but that's another story.

So, over the last decade my husband and I have collected over 900 funkos and counting because I have pre orders from last year and earlier this year plus the ones coming later this year that were ordered and I'm pretty sure I'll just order more eventually later on. We have tons of vaulted, holy grails, LE and some of these funkos we really are not attached to. Oh how I wish I could trade someone any of these funkos {not including my Alice in wonderland or The Little Mermaid Funkos} for Cheshire Cat in Tea Cup its the only Alice in Wonderland Funko I am missing to complete my collection. I'd seriously trade a bunch for that one. Anyway, when my oldest born child said he no longer wanted his regular time funkos, that he took out the box and also destroyed the boxes too. I thought well these cant be worth much. But I was wrong as my friends aka followers on tiktok jokingly started bidding for them when I made a video just for fun using them, and if you wanna see that video check out my tiktok lanatok85. Then the kid says he really doesn't want a lot of his funkos anymore and that he's losing money. I gotta admit our son he's a really smart kid. So, I'm really not interested in keeping his Five Night at Freddy's, Teen Titans, Steven Universe, Adventure Time and things my thing little boy liked but now is a teen and has moved on from: it is now becoming his former collection that he doesn't care about.

And while I still love my funko collection and will continue adding more Disney Funkos, I thought I should probably sell these we do not really want now. To make it more fun I saw an advertisement on tiktok one day called Whatnot app, so naturally I asked my younger brother about it and he said he has friends that buy on there and sell on there. And of course I thought I can do that too then. So I put in my application and I think it took about 2 weeks for them reach out with an approval. I'm really excited to go live, hang out and show what funkos I have maybe even take some request. Because Ray does a lot of funko hunting.

I'm not even sure if anyone will even come to our Live but I'm really excited about going Live on a platform. I've never really done that before. I could have gone Live on Tik Tok but I haven't done that either. Maybe I will one day when I'm going on a funko run or when I'm at Disney. We'll see how it goes, either way I need to make space for the new.
